Critiques

Oops... I should've posted my comment here... oh well, here it is again, as a critique, and a bit updated.

When you look at this drawing, do you have the feeling that the center of the drawing should be a bit further back than it is? That's probably because of the lines on the street. Make them VEEEEERY small near the end, or simply don't draw them at the end of the street at all :)

And oh, the building on the right, closest to us viewers, is not in the proper angle. (The 2nd floor line, or whatever line it is o.o) You should also use a ruler and connect the center of the pic with the building, and make the line at the proper angle.

Also, maybe you should try making the horizontal and vertical lines at exactly 90/180 degrees too, meaning, parallel with the paper. Such details are noticeable, believe it or not.

The drawing all by itself is great. The vision earned a 5, and the technique is 4.5 because of what I indicated above. Originality and impact are not something you'd rate in a drawing of buildings which was created for practicing purposes (I believe) so I gave the neutral score of 2.5.

Hahaha XD I use a technical pen(cil), with those thin mines... or whatever they call them. I take a lot of care of my single technical pen(cil) I have, in order not to lose it, and I buy new mines when I run out of them :)
Glad I could help ^^
